I’ve been to Röros a number of times, but this is the first time I saw it at its photogenic best. I would say, definitely worth a new visit if you come around here again.

Röros looks great under a blue sky. All pictures are great. When I visited the town last year it rained all day.

Haha, I haven’t dared to check my bank account yet, but it was such a nice day that it was worth it.

You’re right about the wideangle. Looking at the exif, the 1st and 3rd pictures are taken with 28mm and the middle one with 24mm – wide as it gets. Although I had to crop it just a teeny weeny bit to get rid of a distraction on the right, so maybe I could’ve zoomed in a mm or two to fix it in the field. But a few times I was thinking that a wider angle would be nice, the space is tight in urban environment. But in the end, I got the pictures I wanted so no regrets!

Looks like weather was really great there! Somehow I get a feeling all these could have benefited a tad wider angle, maybe – impossible to tell as I don’t know what was cropped/left out from these… Still I like them
